The rules for using DVANY and its music, communication and community experiences.

2. Eligibility and accounts
You must meet the age and legal requirements applicable to the service and provide accurate information where an account is required. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
3. DVANY services
DVANY may provide Dual Connect, Group Connect, Open Connect, Live Station, creator and other experiences. Features, limits, availability and geographic access may change as the service evolves.
4. User content and communications
You remain responsible for content you submit and for your conduct in communications. You grant DVANY the limited rights necessary to host, process, display and deliver content as required to operate the features you choose.
- Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.
- Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud, dox or exploit other users.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, access accounts or systems without authorization, or disrupt the service.
5. Music and intellectual property
Music availability is subject to rights, territory, service configuration and agreements. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of music or other third-party content.
6. Paid services
Subscriptions, coins, promotions and other paid or promotional features are governed by their specific terms and the billing channel used. App-store purchases are subject to the relevant store rules.
7. Enforcement
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, rights holders, the service or to comply with law. We may also remove or limit content that violates policy or legal requirements.
8. Disclaimers and changes
DVANY is provided subject to applicable law and may experience interruptions, maintenance or changes. We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change; material updates should be communicated through appropriate channels.
