How DVANY paid plans, renewals, cancellations and billing channels are handled.

Plan names, prices, taxes, billing intervals, trials and included entitlements are determined by the active DVANY backend and the purchase channel. The website should display live configured prices rather than treating this page as the source of truth.
Where a purchase is made through Apple App Store or Google Play, the applicable store billing rules control the transaction. Where a web purchase is offered, the authorized web payment processor and DVANY billing terms apply.
Subscriptions may renew according to the purchase channel unless cancelled before the applicable renewal deadline. Cancellation normally stops future renewal and does not automatically create a refund for unused time unless the applicable policy or law provides otherwise.
Access to paid features is controlled by DVANY's entitlement system. Promotional offers, trials, guest passes and benefits may have eligibility limits or expiry conditions.
Taxes may apply. Refunds and charge disputes are handled under the Refund Policy and, where applicable, the rules of Apple, Google or the payment processor used for the transaction.
