Community Guidelines

Rules for respectful, safe and lawful participation in DVANY communities.

Exact moderation procedures and response times should be aligned with the current IT Rules, applicable law and DVANY's actual moderation capacity before launch.

1. Treat people with respect

  • No harassment, bullying or targeted abuse.
  • No hateful attacks based on protected characteristics.
  • No credible threats or encouragement of violence.
  • Do not expose or distribute another person's private information without authorization.

2. Protect people from exploitation

  • No sexual exploitation of minors or child sexual abuse material.
  • No non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual extortion.
  • No coercive or exploitative conduct.

3. No fraud or manipulation

  • No scams, impersonation, phishing or deceptive schemes.
  • No spam, artificial engagement or abusive automation.
  • Do not use rewards, referrals or promotions to mislead or exploit others.

4. Respect rights

  • Do not upload or distribute content you do not have the necessary rights to use.
  • Do not intentionally evade copyright or platform enforcement.

5. Safety and illegal activity

  • Do not use DVANY to facilitate illegal transactions, malware, unauthorized access or other unlawful conduct.
  • Do not encourage dangerous acts or self-harm.
  • Do not promote extremist or terrorist violence or recruitment.

6. Enforcement

Depending on severity and circumstances, enforcement may include content removal, feature restrictions, warnings, temporary suspension or permanent termination. We may preserve information where required for safety, law or legal process.

7. Reporting

Use available in-product reporting and blocking tools or contact support@dvany.com. Urgent safety concerns should be reported promptly with enough information for us to locate the relevant account or content.
